How our data-driven projects worked
One.
I first conduct a UX Review (similar to a heuristics evaluation) of the experience to make suggestions on how the team can streamline the analysis, focusing on impactful user issues.
Two.
The team then uncovers contextual and background information on user behavior by analyzing journeys and errors from page to page within the flow.
Three.
After reviewing this contextual data, we zone in on heatmap data and session replays to observe user interactions on the page or screen itself, and provide design and/or development solutions.
